Quick question..

I'm new at the game. Do auto-x run rain or shine?? Weather forecast is for 60% rain. Could be fun in the rain – chance to more easily work the traction limits of the car.

Not sure… but I'd love to run it in the rain… AND in the dark. Call it a tribute to Le Mans or something. ;)

We're on for Wednesday. Its going to rain Tuesday, not Wednesday. Repeat after me, "Its going to rain Tuesday, not Wednesday, Its going to rain Tuesday, not Wednesday." See, all fixed. :)

I like the thinking. Besides….it only rains on the North Shore. Not here in sunny South Surrey/Delta!! See you Wednesday.

What a great night… thanks to everyone who helped to put on and attend the AutoX. I'm just glad the weather held.

And Duane ripping it up around that course… just plain scary-fast.

I should have pics up in a few minutes (look in the photo gallery section), and Duane's going to email me a video of his 42 second run. (That's pretty well 10 seconds faster than I was doing it, I'm humbled to say).

Can't wait until the next one!

Thanks Jeff! Good work last nite! You got some great shots. I like the ones where you can see day-light under the 911's front tires. Where's the video from Duane's car? Thanks to everyone who came out and a special thanks to our vp Susan who did yeoman work all evening from set-up to timing and scoring and of course to our sponsors Asgar and Stewart at Weissach Motorsports.

FYI, Duane's magical "Wedding Anniversary Video" is now availble in the photo galleries section.

The pictures are just great. The video is fantastic – happy anniversary Duane!! The right wheel up pics have got to be the best – true Porsche. Not sure my flexy Targa would get there….

Thanks all. It was fun.
