Hello Everyone!
Our final 2012 Autocross is fast approaching this Sunday August 19th at Pitt Meadows airport. This event promises to be another fantastic day with great weather and once again we have the double-sized skidpad booked.
This is a great driving event for people who wish to ease into performance driving in a casual and social atmosphere, with instruction available for free on request! All this for only $56 !
I have capped the event to 60 drivers, and I would like to see MORE PORSCHES coming out to this event! So for those of you one the fence about trying autocross, or those long term members who have not come out since the Bounday Bay days, this is your last chance for 2012!!! Bring your friends and family too!

Looking forward to it and meeting other members while I am there, I just hope that my porsche arrives shortly from the US for this event, as it will be picked up from the dealership in the states and delivered sometime next week. Oh by the way the activity shows North Vancouver ???

This event will all be held at Pitt Meadows (BC Driving Centre), just north of the Pitt Meadows airport.
18200 Ford Rd.

Take Lougheed highway (eastbound) to Harris Road, turn south on Harris.
Take Harris road south to Ford Road, turn west on Ford Road.
Take Ford road west past the 3-way stop, to the BC Driving Centre entrance on the south side.
Come in the driveway (you will have to stop at the stop sign), then proceed further on to the lot.

Thank for that Gary! :) Karelo is wonky sometimes. I put in Pitt Meadows but if I go back to edit something, it changes back to North Vancouver (Our account owner's home address)

We have only 6 spots left to fill in order to breakeven on the event – we only have 38 drivers so far (lots of Porsches)

Thanks Rich and everyone who helped at the event today, it was a blast my son and I had so much fun. I hope to see everyone again next year!

It was so much fun… a GREAT course, and the weather was perfect.
Thanks again Rich and Jamie for a great time.
Too bad we can't have 1 more event this year… it is only August, and an event in September would be so neat.

Just a heads up, if you hit a cone, the 2 second penalty has already been added to the time. :-)

My thanks to Rich and Jamie as well. It's very much appreciated all the work you both do prior to and at each event.
I'm looking forward to next year's events. Maybe I'll shock everyone and come out with a Fiero that has more than a rip-snortin' 90 HP.

Thanks also to Rich for putting on the event. I had a great time and it was a fun course. I wish I had made more of your events this year but it wasn't really the best year for me. Hopefully next year is better.
