OK PCA-CWR Members, what secrets are hiding in your garage? This is the event for you: Any Make, Any Model and Pre-1999. Let’s call it “Old School Cool.” Bring out your old school vehicles for a special new event that is part Cars and Coffee, part C2Sky Drive, and part fund raiser for the Community of Lytton. This event is open to all Porsche Club Canada West Region members with a twist... bring any make, any model, any vintage and any style of vehicle as long as it is “Old School Cool.” Bonus: Dress Period Correct. Dig out the 30 year old T-shirt you’ve been saving for just this event. Let’s see some Vintage Watches and Vintage Sunglasses. Yes! This event is Vintage Air Cooled Porsche friendly (please, someone bring a 356) because there will be no pressure to keep up with “Wing Cars” on this drive. So come out for a good cause and show off what you have in your garage that’s “Old School & Cool.” The best of Germany, Japan, Italy, America, Sweden, the UK and who knows where. As long as it’s Old and Cool... we want to see it!
Meet up at 8:00 AM for a Cars and Coffee style hang out in North Vancouver at the Inter-River Diamond D parking lot. At 9:00 AM we will roll out for a drive along the Upper Levels and take the Cypress Exit where we will travel up and down the mountain, so we can witness each other’s cars in motion. Then we carry on up the scenic C2Sky highway to the Sea to Sky Gondola, which should be open for coffee and snacks. Registration for this event is by donation, and all proceeds will be donated to the Town of Lytton, Community Fire Recovery Funds.
