Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the
Porsche Club of America, Canada West Region
will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (Pacific Time)
by Zoom videoconference.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the annual business of the Region, including receipt of reports, and any other business properly brought before the membership in accordance with the bylaws.
This notice is provided in accordance with the BC Societies Act and the bylaws of the Society. Under the Act, notice of an electronic general meeting must include the date and time, and for an electronic meeting must also contain instructions for attending and participating, including voting instructions if applicable.

The Zoom meeting link and access details will be distributed to members by email two days prior, and again one day prior, to the Annual General Meeting, using the member email address on file. Members should use those emailed instructions to attend and participate in the meeting. Voting instructions, if required, will be provided as part of the meeting process.
