All payments for storefront purchases are Final.

For all other paid events, a cancellation fee will apply equal to the greater of 1) 15% of the registration fees paid, or 2) pro rata costs such as (but not limited to) banquets, swag, prizes, restaurant meals, track rentals, money collection fees, and wine tastings fees, which the club has committed to but cannot cancel.

If an event is sold out, a member will be entitled to a full refund (less 5% to cover cash collection costs) if another registration is available to fill the space of the cancelling registrant. This will only be entertained once a particular event has met or exceed its breakeven point.

For events cancelled by the club due to lack of sufficient registrations, force majeure or weather related reasons, a full refund will be provided to all registrants including those who cancelled earlier and paid a cancellation fee.

Given the financial risk borne by the club in arranging and committing to activities on behalf of its members, there will be no exceptions to this cancellation policy whatsoever.
