Join us in celebrating Cinco de Mayo, the annual celebration of Mexican culture with a scenic driving tour followed by a special lunch hosted at Alan and Aimee Bird's home
Our 5 de Mayo drive is the way that PCACWR celebrates Mexican culture, already a tradition in our Club! This year’s event organization has been possible thanks to Fernanda and Jimmy Smithers, Aimee and Alan Bird and Artemisa and Luis Brasdefer, who have put together an event to be remembered!
After an hour drive through beautiful sceneries around the Fraser Valley, guests will enjoy refreshing “Aguas frescas” (typical Mexican soft drinks) in an exclusive and relaxing atmosphere courtesy of our hosts Alan and Aimee. The group will then be presented with an authentic Mexican culinary experience as the cooking team led by Fernanda will prepare delicious real Yucatan style Mexican dishes following traditional recipes and using authentic ingredients.
